Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, an IHG Hotel

Value for Money, Spacious Room, Good food and Customer Service Based on my experience of staying there for two nights: 1. On arrival a bell boy greeted me and then offered to assist in carrying my bag. 2. The check-in took roughly 20min. The receptionist was cordial and apologized for the bit of delay with the check-in since they are still preparing the room when I arrived and then gave me a complimentary cookie because of such. 3. Room was clean and size is as expected / spacious and not dark (with all lights on) for a standard room complete with toiletries. Towels are of good quality, clean and thick. 4. Housekeeping addresses guest request timely and I reckon they clean rooms daily from what I have experienced - though only stayed there for 2 nights - housekeeping also asked if there is anything else they can help you with after they have addressed your request. 5. Their in-room american breakfast with bread basket and an assortment of fruit slices, a coffee and glass of juice were altogether of good quality and the portion was hearty (i.e. can be shared by two - only need to buy extra coffee/juice if food is shared). 6. Did not experience any problem with the AC thermostat which you can adjust to your liking 7. Check out was quick did it by phone to reception and the receptionist Jhoti was cordial 8. Hotel is situated between the city center and Yas - I did not find it an issue since I never experienced difficulty catching a taxi when I was there - alternatively, one can simply use Careem app to book a ride if there are no taxis in the immediate vicinity of the hotel 8. Hotel staff are courteous, warm and friendly.

Hotel meets my expectations, great for family. Hotel is clean and neat, all staff were kind and helpful, staff cares about guests' happiness and satisfaction, special thanks for Mr. Ahmad Essam for his help and support. Also Bop and Mohammed were so kind. The breakfast area is wide and staff are kind, food was great.

The staff were great and assisted me quickly and effectively when I had some issues with wifi in my room. All amenities were as expected and very much up to standard.
